Reservations
You must book your room by 5:00 p.m. on October 12, 2018, to get the TxSGS Conference discount. Reservations requested after 5:00 p.m. on October 12 will be accepted based on guest room availability at the prevailing rate. However, don’t wait until the last minute as our room block is filling up.
Reservation Guarantee
All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid major credit card, which will be supplied at the time of reservation. Any guaranteed reservation not cancelled by 12:00 p.m. the day prior to arrival will be subject to a one night room and tax cancellation fee. Any reservations that fail to arrive on the scheduled arrival date will be considered “No-Shows” and a charge of a one night’s room and tax will be charged to the individual’s credit card on file.

Check-In/Out Time
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m.; check-out time is 12:00 noon. All guests arriving before 3:00 p.m. will be accommodated as rooms become available. Omni guest service staff can arrange to check baggage for those arriving early when rooms are unavailable and for guests attending functions on departure day.

- Valet parking is also available at $15 per night for overnight parking.
