Our 2018 Family History Conference takes place at the Omni San Antonio Hotel at the Colonnade on Friday through Sunday, November 2-4, 2018.

You must book your room by 5:00 p.m. Friday, October 12, 2018 to get the TxSGS Conference discount.

Conference Guest Room Rates

Standard Guest Room, one King or two Doubles

• $119.00/night
  • Includes free self-parking
  • Valet parking available for $15
  • Includes free in-room Wi-Fi

All rates are per night plus taxes and fees. Rates are valid 3 days prior and 3 days after the official dates of the conference, based on availability.

Check-In/Out Time

Check-In time is 3:00 p.m.; check-out time is 12:00 noon. All guests arriving before 3:00 p.m. will be accommodated as rooms become available. Omni guest service staff can arrange to check baggage for those arriving early when rooms are unavailable and for guests attending functions on departure day.

Early Departure Fees

In the event a 2018 TxSGS Family History Conference Omni guest checks out prior to the guest’s reserved checkout date, the hotel will add an early departure fee in the amount equal to one night room and tax to the guest’s individual account/credit card. Guests wishing to avoid an early departure fee should advise the Omni San Antonio Hotel at the Colonnade at or before check-in of any change in planned length of stay.

You must book your room by October 12, 2018, to get the TxSGS Conference discount. Reservations requested after 5:00 p.m. on October 12 will be accepted based on guest room availability at the prevailing rate.

Reservation Guarantee

All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid major credit card, which will be supplied at the time of reservation. Any guaranteed reservation not cancelled by 12:00 p.m. the day prior to arrival will be subject to one night room and tax cancellation fee.

Any reservations that fail to arrive on the scheduled arrival date will be considered “No-Shows” and a charge of one night’s room and tax will be charted to the individual’s credit card on file.

From San Antonio International Airport – 8 Miles/16 Minutes
Follow the signs to I-410 West and then to I-10 West. Exit Wurzbach Road/Medical Drive and proceed for about 1 mile to the Colonnade Office Complex; Turn right on Wurzbach Road, then turn left on Colonnade Boulevard. The hotel is located on the right.

Directions From The North – Via I-35 South
From I-35 South, take Loop 410 West and proceed to I-10 West. Exit Wurzbach Road. Go straight through the intersection on the access road. The hotel is 2 blocks on the right after the intersection.

Directions From The South – Via I-35 North
Take I-35 North, and then take I-10 West toward El Paso. Exit Wurzbach Road. Go straight through the intersection on the access road. The hotel is 2 blocks on the right after the intersection.

Directions From The South – Via I-37 North
Take I-37 North into the city, then take I-35 South. Take I-10 West toward El Paso, and exit Wurzbach Road. Go straight through the intersection on the access road. The hotel is 2 blocks on the right after the intersection.

Directions From The East – Via I-10 West
Take I-10 West through the city, pass Loop 410 twice, and exit Wurzbach Road. Through the light, continue on the access road for 2 blocks; the hotel is on the right.

Directions From The West – Via I-10 East
Take I-10 East. After you pass 1604 (Anderson Loop), exit Wurzbach Road. Stay left, and take the turn around to the access road. Continue on the access road. The hotel is 2 blocks on the right.

Directions From Downtown
Take I-35 North, and then take I-10 West toward El Paso. Exit Wurzbach Road. Go straight through the intersection on the access road. The hotel is 2 blocks on the right after the intersection.
